Senior Beach Week June 23-30, 2012
Class of 2012, you’re invited to join us for a week at the beach in celebration of your high school graduation!
We hope this information is helpful and we are really looking forward to spending time at the beach with you!
When is Beach Week?
June 23-30, 2012. We will meet at IBC at 8:30 am on Saturday, June 23 and be back at IBC on June 30th around 4 pm.
Where are we going and where will we stay?
We will stay in a family community called Corolla Light in Coralla, North Carolina. We usually rent two houses. If we only need 1 house, we will do our best to have guys and girls on separate floors. Bedrooms will be strictly off-limits to the opposite gender. There will be a whole floor of common living area.
What about transportation?
Student Ministry staff and some students will drive. Please let us know if you are available to drive. We will have drivers selected by June 1.
How much does it cost?
The total cost of beach week is $525.00. The cost includes lodging, food, and transportation.
A non-refundable (but transferable) deposit of $200 is due February 5, 2012. The balance of $325 is due May 20, 2012. Online registration is not available for this event, as space is limited. Please bring your registration form and payment to the church.

What’s the schedule like?
Our desire is to provide a relaxed week of fellowship and fun.
Students are typically on the beach or participating in optional activities in the mornings and afternoons.
We have a group devotional after dinner each evening and group outings and activities as well.
Meals:
Breakfast is up to you. If you want breakfast, it will be "fix your own" when you wake up style.
Lunch will be served at the same time every day for those who want to eat together or you may fix your own.
Dinner will be prepared by everyone and we will all eat together at the same time each evening.
We will go out for a nice dinner one night. Please bring nice clothes for that evening.
Everyone will be assigned one day of kitchen duty. You will help prepare and clean up after lunch and dinner on that day.
